What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver safeguarding-led, person-centred support to vulnerable people, using my strong documentation, risk awareness, and IT skills. I want a collaborative team that values high-quality public service.

I’m a compassionate, organised professional with experience across Health and Social Care, Education, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Community Volunteering. I support vulnerable adults, young people, and individuals with complex physical, learning, and mental health needs while promoting dignity, independence, and person-centred care.

In my current Healthcare Support Worker role at NHS Leighton Hospital, I provide high-quality care, support personal care, nutrition, and mobility, and accurately record observations and patient information. I maintain confidential records in line with NHS policies, follow infection prevention and control standards, and respond calmly to emergencies and changing patient needs.

I also bring strong IT support and administration experience, including first- and second-line IT support for over 50 users and remote technical support in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 environments. Alongside my care work, I have taught Computer Science, Mathematics, and English, and I’m committed to delivering high-quality public services with clear documentation, risk awareness, and professional boundaries.
