At ThoughtFocus Technology, I worked as a Sr. HR Associate/Generalist, overseeing people policies and collaborating with business leaders, people managers and HR colleagues to deliver people processes and services.
At Monsanto India, I handled employee lifecycle operations, talent acquisition and SuccessFactors processes. I also led the contractor increment process using a comparative ratio method based on the compensation grid, and received the Monsanto Ethics Award for achieving 100% labour compliance across veg R&D sites.
Across my HR roles, I supported change management, performance evaluations and employee recognition. I’ve also prepared people metrics dashboards covering attrition and gender diversity, and completed an HRM certification project crafting an L&D solution.
