I am a Business Analyst with a strong foundation in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making. I hold an MSc in Business Analytics from the University of Kent, UK, and have gained valuable experience working in high-performing environments at Amazon UK and Canterbury Cathedral.

At Amazon UK, I worked in a fast-paced, metrics-driven operations environment where I regularly analyzed large volumes of data, identified process inefficiencies, and supported performance improvements through clear reporting and cross-functional collaboration. At Canterbury Cathedral, I led a customer insights project where I gathered requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyzed feedback data, created dashboards, and delivered actionable recommendations that improved operations. I also trained colleagues on new tools and processes, which strengthened my ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

I am particularly interested in roles that sit at the intersection of business and technology. I enjoy translating business problems into clear requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency. I have been actively building my skills in AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) and have seen significant improvements in my productivity and analysis quality by integrating them into my daily work.

I am currently seeking remote Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics roles where I can contribute to process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and data-informed decision making. I am comfortable working with global teams and am open to roles that require working with US or European time zones.
