I’m a results-driven analytics and operations professional focused on business process improvement, root cause analysis, and data-driven operational excellence. As an Amazon ML Data Associate (Investigation Specialist) since June 2024, I investigate seller shipment, inventory, transportation, and FBA operational issues, collaborating with Program Managers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to recommend and validate SOP enhancements. I also use SQL, Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and internal tools to analyze operational data, improve investigation quality, and support timely, standardized workflows—earning Top Performer, Bravo, and Spot Awards.

Previously at Infosys (Operations Executive, Oct 2021–Oct 2023), I supported plant operations by analyzing shipment tracking and workforce performance, building Power BI dashboards and KPI reports with SQL, Python, and Excel to improve operational visibility. I also gained hands-on analytical depth as a Technocolabs Softwares Data Scientist Intern (Nov 2023–May 2024), where I analyzed customer datasets using SQL and Python to deliver actionable insights. Through projects like operations performance and seller analytics dashboards, churn analysis, fraud detection, and time series sales forecasting, I consistently translate data into practical recommendations for better performance.
