I am a detail-oriented operations professional with over three years of experience in workflow analysis, process documentation, quality review, and remote team collaboration. Previously, as a software developer intern I built Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, automated Jira object management with Python and REST APIs, and developed multi-platform ticket automation including a Telegram bot and a Facebook Messenger Flask application. I also implemented a sentiment analysis pipeline to proactively surface negative social signals and trigger ticket creation.
