At Hebbia, I own onboarding for new data partners, coordinate data testing and integrations, and build the entitlements infrastructure that governs access. I also designed a Claude-powered Slack agent that answers GTM and Sales questions using Notion and Google Drive, and built a zero-touch partner email agent.
At Visible Alpha, I joined when the contributor panel had 16 firms and helped grow it to 260. I personally pitched and signed 25 firms, onboarded 180+ contributors, and became the global point of contact and final escalation owner for partner relationships.
I built a four-phase onboarding framework and reporting dashboards, and used automation to cut onboarding turnaround 12x. I also led an 18-person team across the US, UK, Hong Kong and India, while improving SLA performance and reducing process costs through automation.
