What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own production reliability end to end—designing SLI/SLO-driven observability on AWS/Azure, building LGTM + OpenTelemetry pipelines, and mentoring teams while reducing MTTR, alert noise, and third-party monitoring spend.

I’m a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 5+ years building and leading observability practices for cloud-native systems on AWS and Azure. My focus is deep, hands-on work across OpenTelemetry and the Grafana LGTM stack, from Collector pipeline architecture to Grafana Alloy and eBPF instrumentation with Grafana Beyla.

I define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to reduce alert noise and log costs, and I drive end-to-end production reliability. I’ve led 24/7 on-call rotations, triaging incidents against SLA targets and running post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR for recurring failure modes.

In recent roles, I architected end-to-end observability strategies for Azure workloads, standardized instrumentation patterns, and migrated from Datadog and Splunk agents to OSS Grafana. I’ve also led observability platform efforts across multi-account cloud estates, integrated Loki/Promtail/Fluent Bit with custom OpenTelemetry libraries, automated Terraform + Kubernetes provisioning, and delivered automation and security/compliance-focused SRE platform improvements.
