I’m a dedicated, compassionate worker who brings comfort and kindness to every workplace. I enjoy working with all people, and I’m motivated by the chance to share my vibrant personality and strong communication skills to support residents and clients.

In my current role as a Concierge/Activity Aide at Church of Christ assisted living, I manage incoming phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate visits and interviews with smooth scheduling logistics. I handle monetary transactions for resident lunch purchases, greet visitors with sign-in/sign-out procedures, and provide social interaction and companionship. I also maintain accurate records and paperwork related to resident care and health services.

Previously, I led engaging Activity Aide work including planning and coordinating weekly activity schedules and developing individualized attention for isolated residents. As a Taxi Driver with Detroit Cab Company, I transported passengers safely, maintained a clean and organized vehicle, and handled real-time problem solving in heavy traffic. I also served as a Membership Advisor at JAX KAR WASH, where I greeted customers, managed cashier duties, and processed membership sign-ups to drive loyalty and sales growth.
