I’m a founding team Director focused on product strategy and growth at the intersection of learning, academic performance, and psychology. Over 6 years, I’ve built AI-driven performance and wellbeing tools, owned brand and positioning, and scaled delivery across schools, coaching institutes, and at-home formats serving 8 lakh+ students in India and the Middle East.

At PeakMind, I owned product strategy and growth for Peakoo, including detection for critical conversations and personalization using behavioural signals and product usage data. I led end-to-end logic for a high-risk flagging engine to enable 250+ critical interventions, and designed UX, reporting architecture, and analytics for Compete Quotient (CQ), a predictive assessment tool scaled to 80k+ students. I also ran quarterly mental health baselining (PHQ-9, GAD-7) across 3 lakh+ students with adaptive suicide-risk escalation.

I’ve consistently translated strategy into measurable engagement: habit challenges scaled to 20k+ users with 45% reduced screen time and 40% improved self-study consistency; I launched “Relax & Recharge” and “Get Help for a Peer,” reaching 40K MAU via native integration; and I scaled a flagship account from 600 to 16,000 active students in 3 weeks through offline activation and WhatsApp engagement. I’ve also directed enablement of 100+ counsellors, built a 1,000+ school counsellor network, helped drive ₹50L+ peak monthly revenue, and managed market entry into Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah) with a 5-member cross-functional team.
