I'm looking to lead product delivery where I can align stakeholders, prioritize high-impact backlogs, and improve outcomes through Agile practices and AI-assisted analysis.

At KMK Consulting, I lead product ownership for incentive compensation systems used by global sales teams, managing features across sales teams, IC periods, data hierarchy, roster management, metrics, plans, and permission models. I also owned a life sciences ETL application spanning data ingestion, data quality, deduplication, MDM, AWS SageMaker, Snowflake, and Jupyter integrations.

I've delivered e-commerce and CMS projects across Magento, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, WordPress, Joomla, and Laravel. I turn stakeholder needs into prioritized backlogs, user stories, UAT, documentation, and releases while using Scrum and AI-assisted analysis to reduce defects, accelerate delivery, and support cross-functional teams.
