At Syren Cloud, I support SOW-based hiring for Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, GITHUB, and Floor & Decor. I work with account managers, delivery leads, and clients to understand project requirements and recruit technical talent through onboarding and deployment.
At TekWissen Software LLC, I led full-cycle hiring across IT, Pharma, Biotech, Retail, and Engineering. I mentored four junior recruiters, delivered $170 GM in 2023, and received the Glory Award.
I’ve also created Excel-based hiring trackers and VMS reports to monitor submissions, interviews, conversions, and SLA compliance. My recruiting work has covered roles in Data Analytics, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Development, and Supply Chain.
