I've delivered end-to-end IT recruitment across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles for clients including Infosys and Tech Mahindra.

At Nuestra Cynosure Software Solutions, I manage PAN India IT hiring, partner with clients on SAP module hiring, and support sourcing, screening, salary negotiation, onboarding, reporting, and junior team mentoring.

I've recruited across ERP, cloud computing, infrastructure, networking, telecom, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, Workday, and UKG. I work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates within SLA timelines.

I build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases. I also manage interview coordination, offer rollouts, candidate engagement, ATS tracking, and post-joining follow-up.
