What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading full-cycle US recruitment for technology and AI roles, partnering directly with clients, solving difficult hiring needs, and mentoring recruiters while improving delivery quality and speed.

I run end-to-end US technology recruitment for Spotify, my primary account at ProKatchers, while supporting hiring for Nike and Yahoo. I take roles from requirement intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

I've filled hard-to-fill Backend, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, Data, and AI positions, using Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive-candidate outreach. Since January 2026, I've logged 36 interviews while maintaining submission quality and tight turnaround times.

Earlier, I delivered recruitment across pharma, clinical research, medical devices, engineering, and non-IT roles for clients including GSK, Airbus, Boeing, BMS, and Intuitive Surgical. I also mentor trainee recruiters, review submissions, and help teams improve sourcing, screening, compliance, and client delivery.
