I am a detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer with nearly 4 years of hands-on experience designing, automating, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure across AWS and GCP. I focus on building scalable, secure, and highly available systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex production issues.

I have practical expertise in Linux administration, shell and Python scripting, and infrastructure-as-code using Puppet and Terraform, complemented by CI/CD pipeline management with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD. I automate deployments, optimize resource utilization, and implement observability stacks to reduce toil and MTTR.

My work includes administering Splunk clusters, implementing Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, applying SLO/SLI practices, and conducting RCA to prevent incident recurrence. I contribute to operational excellence through ITSM processes, runbook maintenance, capacity planning, and release safety checks.

I am proactive about mentoring junior engineers and driving process improvements while actively upskilling toward cloud engineering and DevOps roles to take on more technically challenging responsibilities in cloud-native environments.
