I've supported staffing for more than 400 consultants at ZS Associates across India, London, and the US, using utilization and capacity insights to inform leadership decisions.
I build workforce planning models and dashboards in Advanced Excel and Power BI, track R3M, R6M, and YTD utilization, and proactively address demand-supply gaps to reduce bench time.
