I've led end-to-end recruitment for 25–30 monthly openings at Learnlight across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and UKI. Through market benchmarking, workforce planning, and talent-pipeline optimisation, I reduced time-to-fill by up to 25%.

I own ATS governance, data integrity, and KPI reporting covering time-to-fill, pipeline health, hiring capacity, and operational performance. I also lead monthly hiring-strategy discussions with Trainer Success leadership to align capacity planning and delivery timelines.

Across Stirling Council and The Grand Hotel, I coordinated interviews and assessment centres, managed pre-employment compliance and onboarding, and supported consistent candidate and stakeholder experiences. I bring practical experience with structured interviewing, Mercer assessments, candidate feedback, UK Right to Work, and DBS/PVG requirements.

My work is grounded in organisational psychology: I use structured, SPSS-validated assessment approaches to reduce bias and improve candidate-role fit. Earlier in IT recruitment, I managed technical hiring from sourcing through placement and built long-term client and candidate relationships.
