I’m a results-driven Procurement and Project Management professional with over 21 years of experience supporting large-scale projects across construction, engineering, government, and multinational organizations. I lead end-to-end indirect and project procurement, PMO support, and vendor management with a strong focus on governance and audit readiness.

In my most recent role at NEOM (SMP)–ERAM Engineering / FNRCO, I sourced non-production goods/services, prepared RFQs/RFPs, and conducted bid analysis through commercial comparisons. I support contracting and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain procurement and supplier records using SAP and ARIBA, and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, and PMO to keep operations fully compliant. I also manage project planning, scheduling, dashboards, and risk/issue logs.

Earlier, at FEBC International in Doha, I prepared RFQs, supported tender evaluations for Accor/FIFA World Cup projects, and maintained procurement records for traceability. Across my roles, I’ve consistently partnered with stakeholders to improve processes, deliver operational excellence, and strengthen documentation, reporting, and administration for senior leadership.
