What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute to the Community College of Qatar tender as a Procurement / Contracts Specialist.

At Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions (Nakilat Keppel Offshore & Marine) Ltd, I manage procurement and contracting for EPCC and marine projects, from tendering through contract close-out. I review bids, scopes, specifications, and commercial terms to support best-value awards.

I negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor contract performance, and manage changes and variations. I also developed procurement KPI dashboards and SLA governance frameworks to track supplier delivery and contract performance.

I directed LRQA and BSC compliance audits that achieved zero non-conformities across financial, technical, commercial, and HSE&Q areas. I also lead and mentor a team of four purchasing officers.

Earlier, I worked in procurement engineering at Elegancia MEP – UCC / ESTITHMAR Holding, Qatar Building Engineering Company (QBEC), and Multi Energy Qatar. My experience also includes cost estimation at Acon Trading and configuration analysis at Scope International — Standard Chartered. I hold CICCM, CIPP, CIPM, and UPDA certifications, and use SAP and Oracle ERP.
