In my current Senior Buyer / Category Specialist role, I manage service, project, and material purchase cycles—from defining requirements and issuing RFQs to evaluating bids, negotiating prices and Incoterms, issuing purchase orders, and tracking delivery.
I've prepared techno-commercial bids and tender submissions for Qatar Energy, Q-Chem, Qafco, Qatar Rail, and Qatar Foundation projects. I also draft, review, negotiate, and monitor contracts, respond to tender clarifications, and coordinate approvals, PBGs, and contract milestones.
I use SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ERP systems, Primavera P6, databases, and procurement reporting to analyse markets, manage supplier performance, control inventory, reduce risk, and secure competitive commercial terms.
