What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HRMS data quality, payroll coordination, and employee experience in a collaborative digital or remote work environment.

At Fidelity Health Services, I manage end-to-end remote HR operations, from onboarding and HRMS transactions to employee movements, compensation changes, confirmations, and exits.

I coordinate virtual inductions, payroll inputs, leave, attendance, employee records, MIS, dashboards, audits, and HR communications through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. I’ve improved data quality through standardized documentation and validation practices, supported audits with zero major compliance observations, and strengthened employee experience through responsive HR support.

Earlier, I supported recruitment, payroll, attendance, HR documentation, performance reporting, and administration at Lemion IT Solutions, and developed customer-facing sales experience at Salve Pharmaceuticals.
