What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead HR strategy, global people operations, workforce transformation, and scalable talent initiatives where I can build high-performing teams and AI-enabled people processes.

At InfoBay.AI, formerly EduGorilla, I lead a 15-member HR function for a 250+ employee organization across talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

I partner with leadership on workforce planning, restructuring, and change management, including the people-side alignment of our shift from EdTech to AI for approximately 100 employees.

I direct HR operations across India, Indonesia, Kenya, Uganda, and the Philippines, supporting international workforce management and recruitment. I’ve also built a 15-member Global Capability Center in Tirupati from the ground up and delivered around 80 position closures in a peak hiring month.

Having progressed from HR Intern to Head of HR through four internal promotions, I bring hands-on experience in compliance, POSH, employee relations, payroll support, HRMS adoption, HR automation, and AI-enabled recruitment processes.
