At TILCO TRADING LTD., I established and lead the HR function from scratch for a globally distributed workforce across APAC and international regions. I build policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, onboarding frameworks, and scalable people processes.
I manage end-to-end People Operations, from onboarding and employee relations to performance management, compliance, contractor management, and international payroll. I partner directly with the Founder & CEO on workforce planning, organizational development, compensation benchmarking, and growth initiatives.
I’ve led global recruitment for 20+ roles, sourced 300+ candidates, and conducted 200+ competency-based interviews across engineering, operations, procurement, marketing, and e-commerce. Previously at MABZONE TECHNOLOGIES, I led HR operations and technical recruitment across software development, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, cloud, and engineering.
Through QuickJob Connect, I help startups, SMEs, and remote-first organizations build scalable HR functions through strategic HR consulting, People Operations, workforce planning, and full-cycle recruitment. I’m passionate about using AI to streamline HR documentation, reporting, and recruitment workflows so teams can focus more on people and strategic work.
