I seek a role in product operations or growth where I can lead community and content strategies, drive measurable user engagement, and collaborate in a data-driven, growth-oriented team.

I am a product operations professional with experience driving community growth and cross-platform content strategies at Tencent Cloud. My background combines a Master’s in Digital Culture & Society from King's College London with a technical undergraduate degree in Electronic Information Engineering.

At Tencent I led end-to-end community operations, growing the user base by 80,000+ and surpassing 200,000 total users, increasing conversion rates (28% growth) and raising monthly active rate to 37% during my tenure; I also helped drive GMV over 2M RMB during a major promotion. I have created social media account matrices and produced 10+ viral posts with 700,000+ total exposures.
