What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run data-driven digital content operations—spotting hot topics, optimizing distribution, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve reach, engagement, and user satisfaction.

I’ve led digital media and teaching-research initiatives by combining user insights, performance measurement, and execution discipline. At ByteDance (Douyin), I oversaw the trending content ecosystem, analyzed performance to refine distribution strategies, and delivered data-driven reports to improve reach efficiency and ecosystem quality.

Previously, as Lecturer & Director of Teaching and Research at Zhong Gong Education, I localized and launched Yunnan Public Institution Category D training programs, designing exam-aligned curricula that increased admission rates to 19% (vs. 4% natural rate). I also developed Yunnan special-post teacher training materials with 60% content innovation, built localized instructor training systems, and managed teaching-research teams, talent development, and performance management.
