I'm seeking to grow into HRBP-aligned roles focused on stakeholder management, employee experience, and engagement.

At Teleperformance (TP), I manage end-to-end onboarding for 500+ employees and coordinate new-joiner induction on policies, processes, culture, and workplace expectations.

I also support employee engagement initiatives and serve as an HR point of contact during onboarding and integration, partnering with business and HR stakeholders on communication and policy alignment.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I supported employee engagement, workforce coordination, and HR screening. Earlier, as an HR Recruiter Intern at Believers HR, I managed candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting and coordinated interviews and recruitment documentation.
