My background includes revenue management, OTA (Online Travel Agency) operations, and creating SOPs and internal manuals within the hospitality industry. I often worked across pricing, documentation, and workflow design to support day-to-day operations. I also use AI tools daily for analysis, documentation, and workflow improvement.
