What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role in content moderation, Trust & Safety, back office, customer service, or administration where I can apply structured processes, strong quality standards, multilingual communication, and careful handling of sensitive content.

I've spent three years at TELUS International reviewing user-generated text, images, and videos against community guidelines and company standards. I identify harmful or non-compliant content, document and escalate critical cases, and maintain quality and productivity standards.

I also bring hands-on customer service and sales experience from kiosk and retail roles in Krefeld and Syria, including customer advice, payments, inventory checks, and keeping sales areas organized.

I'm fluent in English, speak German at C1 level, and am a native speaker of Arabic and Kurdish (Kurmanji). I work confidently with MS Office, web-based systems, detailed processes, and sensitive content.
