What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote marketing or operations role where I can coordinate campaigns, partnerships, CRM workflows, and executive priorities across US time zones.

At Coach Foundation LLC, I manage marketing administration, joint venture partnerships, and executive support for a US-based coaching and personal development company.

I research and coordinate promotions with coaches and experts, manage commission tracking and payouts, and schedule email and SMS campaigns around launch calendars. I use Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Marketing Analytics, and Keap to support customer communication, campaign workflows, and data management.

I also support the CEO with webinar scheduling, partner calls, executive correspondence, and cross-time-zone coordination between EST and Dubai. My work has included collaborating with teams connected to Jack Canfield, Chris Howard, Christian Mickelsen, and Dr. Joe Vitale.
