I'm currently supporting TransUnion clients with credit-score and service queries, online-portal access issues, enrollments, and retention conversations. I identify suitable subscription options while keeping customer records accurate and communication clear.

At Telesure Investments, I sold short-term insurance, prepared quotations, completed new-client sign-ups, and re-underwrote policies. I retained clients by presenting lower-premium options where applicable and supported customer queries, emails, and service requests.

My sales experience at The Unlimited includes outbound calling, product presentations, prospect conversion, referral-pool building, and working toward weekly sales targets. I've also handled reception, lead capture, switchboard calls, and administrative records.

Alongside customer-facing work, I've supported supplier inventory processes at MAHLE by checking stock, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipts. I bring practical experience in customer service, sales, retention, administration, data entry, and team-based work.
