What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term role in a dynamic organization with advancement opportunities where my military background, acquisition training, proposal, contract, procurement, and management experience can add value.

At General Atomics, I manage Customer Proposal Support Team workloads, supplier proposal efforts, and proposal compliance from RFP through contract negotiation, audits, and submission deadlines.

I've led proposal work involving cost, pricing, schedules, technical elements, FAR requirements, Truth in Negotiation Act compliance, CBOM reviews, Commercial Item Determinations, and Non-Competitive Justifications. I also prepare proposal metrics and support pre-award fact-finding audits with DCAA and DCMA.

Across Army USSOCOM, SAIC, and the United States Air Force, I have managed procurement, purchasing, contracts, medical logistics, property accountability, and program budgets. My work has included administering purchase requirements, resolving delivery issues, managing delivery orders, tracking equipment worldwide, and supporting 25 delivery order/contracts.

My military background, MBA, acquisition training, and experience leading procurement specialists support a long-term role where I can contribute disciplined contract, proposal, and operational management.
