At Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, I oversee 25+ ongoing Engineering task assignments from the USGOV, valued at approximately $150M. I manage schedules, costs, and risks, and present project status to Program and Leadership teams.
I work across Project Management, Business Management, customer project teams, and Government customers. When project issues arise, I coordinate resolutions with teams including Engineering and Operations.
Before becoming Principal Project Manager, I worked in property and asset management, procurement, and property administration at Northrop Grumman Defense Systems. My experience includes sourcing and procuring materials, conducting price analysis, managing orders from proposal through close-out, and supporting property audits.
