I’m seeking a procurement/subcontracts role where I can run RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, and deliver measurable cost and compliance gains for federal and commercial programs.

I’m a procurement and subcontract specialist who drives cost-efficient sourcing strategies across software, hardware, raw materials, heavy machinery, and capital equipment. I’m known for managing competitive bidding cycles and executing cradle to grave FAR/DFAR procurement while supporting compliance for both federal and commercial programs.

In my roles, I’ve strengthened supplier performance through RFQ management, price analysis, and contract negotiations—then translated spend data into actionable cost reductions through consolidation and renegotiation. I also build resilience by reducing reliance on single-source suppliers and mitigating supply chain risk through third-party risk practices.

I bring hands-on expertise in MRP/ERP analysis, demand planning, and procurement workflow optimization, including implementing automated purchasing to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
