At Basic Concepts, Inc., I manage customer orders and workflow data in Global Shop ERP, from quotations and lead times to work orders, purchase orders, shipments, and installation activity.

I coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing, logistics, field service, and customers to resolve discrepancies and keep deliverables accurate. I also use KPI tracking and data dashboards to support daily decisions while managing a customer service specialist and five field service installers.

Previously, I supported the General Manager at Clemson University Conference Center & Inn and coordinated daily operations across guest services and housekeeping. I progressed from Guest Services Representative to Guest Services Manager and Assistant General Manager through reliability, performance, and leadership.

I also coordinated foster-home placement information with the South Carolina Department of Social Services and led quarterly de-escalation training for newly licensed foster parents. I bring more than 10 years of organized, dependable administrative and operations support to fast-paced teams.
