At Headspace, I built the Mental Health Coach Training Program from the ground up, designing 100 hours of live experiential and dialogic instruction and leading the accreditation process that secured NBHWC approval. I oversee the program’s curriculum, instruction, admissions, and operations.
I lead a faculty team of up to 12 and advise medical leadership on coaching, behavior change, and mental health. The program grew enrollment by 95% in six months with no advertising spend, and its tuition revenue covered program staff and salary costs for four consecutive years.
Earlier at Ginger, I designed onboarding curriculum for mental health coaches and provided digital coaching to more than 50 clients weekly. At Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, I facilitated learning for 500+ students across 20+ cohorts; through my consulting work, I’ve also advised on coaching standards, mental health ethics, and responsible AI integration.
