What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a trauma-informed crisis and victim services role where I can deliver survivor-centered crisis intervention, conduct risk assessment and safety planning, and support clients with advocacy and resource coordination.

I’m a trauma-informed crisis and victim services professional, currently working in victim support and crisis counseling roles while pursuing my MSW at the University of Kentucky. My work centers on survivor-centered care, clear communication, and calm, crisis-informed guidance.

In my Victim Support Specialist role, I conduct trauma-informed forensic interviews with survivors of sexual assault and exploitation. I gather detailed client narratives for litigation and case development, provide emotional stabilization during intake, and maintain accurate, confidential documentation in a high-volume caseload.

Through crisis counseling experiences, I deliver active listening–based, de-escalation-focused intervention across text and phone/chat. I support individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, and trauma, using risk assessment tools and collaborating on safety planning while documenting interactions in line with platform protocols.

I also bring advocacy and coordination experience from roles supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as LGBTQ+ youth crisis intervention and nonjudgmental advocacy in the sex industry. Across multidisciplinary settings, I prioritize advocacy, resource coordination, and culturally responsive, affirming support.
