Directly supervise approximately 30 crisis counselors per shift, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Provide counselors with direct feedback, coaching, and emotional support. Communicate with law enforcement for crisis intervention and abuse reporting.

Supported multiple survivors in crisis through chat, text, and phone, providing resources for their healing journey. Demonstrated trauma-informed, survivor-centered care and understanding of intersectionality. Supported new employees by assisting with scenarios and role-playing opportunities, and updated databases to reflect current local resource information.

Provided suicide prevention and crisis intervention counseling to LGBTQ+ youth nationwide via phone, supporting an average of 15 contacts per shift. Offered contacts a safe and empathetic space to explore concerns involving gender identity, sexuality, and suicidal ideation. Worked through a support model with contacts while adhering to time limits and maintaining rapport.

Part of the management team overseeing 21 locations and $14 million in annual sales. Worked alongside Zone Managers to open, close, and maintain daily operations, and assisted in interviews and the hiring process of student employees. Managed stock and ordering for multiple locations, and led monthly zone meetings for approximately 30 student team members.

Led teams of up to 10 employees through opening, midday, and closing procedures. Acted as a liaison between upper-level management and base-level operations. Trained over 200 student employees on POS systems and daily procedures.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, focusing on the biological aspects of human health. Graduated in May 2021.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, exploring the complexities of the nervous system. Also completed a minor in History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science, graduating in May 2022.
