What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a long-term remote role where I can support customers, handle chat and admin tasks, update leads and CRM records, and deliver reliable, consistent work every day.

I've handled daily customer service and sales operations at a high-volume family grocery store in Chennai since 2018, resolving complaints, returns, billing issues, and urgent customer needs.

I manage billing, cash handling, stock records, displays, packing, and product explanations while keeping communication clear and patient for loyal, confused, or frustrated customers.

I'm building a long-term remote career in customer support, live chat, appointment setting, lead follow-ups, and basic CRM workflows. My sample work includes order tracking, complaints, returns, qualifying leads, booking calls, and confirming schedules.

I also provide natural Tamil-to-English and English-to-Tamil translation, and I'm comfortable using Google Workspace and Notion. I work independently, learn quickly, and focus on reliable, accurate output every day.
