I’m a results-driven professional with experience in sales, customer service, business development, and demand generation. I focus on prospecting, lead qualification, and converting outreach into pipeline through consistent, high-quality follow-up.
In my current role in Demand Generation & Partnership outreach across Southeast Asia, I manage prospecting and qualification, run email campaigns, and support sales presentations. I also help keep the CRM pipeline organized and moving, so opportunities don’t stall and teams can focus on closing.
Previously, as a Business Development Manager, I handled outbound sales outreach and lead generation, scheduled meetings, and maintained CRM records. Before that, I worked as a Sales Account Executive for Australian accounts, managing customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Customer Service Representative / Mentor, providing customer and technical support via phone and email while mentoring and training new team members. I bring that same customer-first mindset, clear communication, and operational discipline to every demand generation and sales-support effort.
