What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote or internationally relocating role where I can lead client onboarding and operational improvement in fintech. I want to build efficient systems, partner with leadership on workflow redesign, and deliver exceptional customer experience through strong client relationships.

I’m a Fintech Client Success & Operations Manager with international experience onboarding 700+ client accounts across Australia and the UAE. I lead client onboarding, KYC-driven workflows, and operational improvement—building efficient systems that strengthen client relationships and improve customer experience.

In my current role, I designed onboarding frameworks across retail, wholesale, trust, and corporate accounts, and I partner directly with senior leadership (including the Chairman) to redesign workflows across Customer Success and key business functions. I also develop executive dashboards to track conversion, retention, performance, and revenue, and I’ve managed and trained teams in international settings, overseeing onboarding of 500+ client accounts with a focus on compliance and operational consistency.
