I'm seeking a role in the fine jewelry industry where I can apply my strengths in operations, training, and people leadership.

At Hera Fine Jewelry, I grew the client services team from one to 12 by building the hiring process and designing the company’s training modules. I trained every Client Services Manager and built core hiring, scheduling, and performance-tracking systems.

I opened the Pasadena and Dallas showrooms and guide clients through custom and bespoke ring projects, hosting 10–20 virtual consultations each week. Before Hera, I managed teams and operations at Aya Healthcare, Wyndham Destinations, Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, and Knott's Berry Farm.
