I’m currently a Customer Service Representative at Conduent and bring a strong healthcare background that helps me support people with empathy and professionalism. I’ve worked across customer service, clinic operations, and direct patient interaction, always focused on clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Before my current role, I worked as a Phlebotomist and Medical Screener at KEDPlasma LLC and KEDPLASMA, supporting patient intake and routine clinical workflows. I’m comfortable working with EMR systems, HIPAA standards, data entry, and medical records to keep care organized and accurate.

I also developed hands-on care experience as a Caregiver at Heron Club at Prestancia and provided life skills support as a Life Skills Coach at NeuroBehavioral Institute. With certifications including CPR, First Aid, and RBT, I aim to create a steady, respectful experience for patients, families, and teams.
