Led day-to-day operational and commercial turnaround of a crypto exchange, scaling monthly trading volume from approximately $5M to $95M. Developed trading-growth initiatives and exchange campaigns that increased daily trading activity, including an ETF campaign delivering a 260% increase in daily volume.

Closed a flagship institutional partnership with Crypto.com, integrating core matching-engine connectivity and enterprise liquidity APIs. Managed institutional and enterprise requirements across international markets, coordinating with technical and product teams on solution delivery.

Built an IEO evaluation and due-diligence framework from scratch, screening 20+ blockchain projects and generating approximately $500K in listing and service-fee revenue. Developed listing and partnership relationships with projects and ecosystem participants including TRON, Crypto.com and APEX.

Developed enterprise and institutional relationships for blockchain infrastructure and permissioned-ledger solutions. Supported deployment of blockchain solutions for Guangzhou Digital Government and the China Healthcare Blockchain project.
