At the Comal County Sheriff’s Office, I progressed through leadership and operational roles over 20 years, culminating as Administrative Lieutenant. I directed administrative operations, personnel management, staffing, training, policy implementation, compliance, investigations, and county-wide off-duty assignments.
I’ve also managed high-volume hospitality operations at Banana Joe’s & Tabu, performed donor blood collection at South Texas Blood & Tissue Center, and delivered high-volume customer support at Sears Call Center. Across public safety, healthcare, hospitality, and administration, I bring nearly 30 years of experience improving operations, developing teams, managing budgets and inventory, and delivering dependable service.
