What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a high-accountability operations role where I can lead facility or event logistics, enforce safety and OSHA compliance, and drive staff training and performance improvements with calm, zero-fail execution in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a disciplined operations leader with over 30 years of experience managing complex facility workflows, public safety operations, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I focus on zero-fail execution through strong logistics planning, clear communication, and disciplined leadership.

Most recently, I served as a Team Lead (Logistics & Facility Operations) at Walmart (Jan 2022 to Jun 2025), directing large-scale physical logistics, inventory workflows, and complex facility operations. I scheduled and supervised cross-functional teams, delivered staff training tied to performance improvement procedures, and ensured alignment with corporate metrics while taking direct responsibility for team safety and OSHA compliance.

Earlier, as Deputy Director of Operations at Valor Security Services, Inc. (Apr 1999 to Jan 2012), I oversaw public safety operations for large-scale facilities and events, including personnel deployments and incident investigations. I authored and implemented standardized operational policies, risk mitigation protocols, and specialized training programs, while serving the public and coordinating operations within state and local laws.

I bring additional operational depth from EMS and Fire Rescue (2005 to 2019) and St. Luke’s Hospital roles as a Certified Medical Assistant (2019 to 2021 and 2025 to Present), where I maintained readiness, coordinated rapid interventions under extreme pressure, and managed detailed documentation systems. I also founded and operated Journey Survival Tactics & Ministry Leadership (2012 to Present), coordinating outreach events, volunteer scheduling, and educational workshops—bringing the same structure and reliability to community impact.
