Shavine Okhenga

I am a BSc Information Science and Knowledge Management graduate from the University of Kabianga with a placement year and a Second Class (Upper Division). I bring hands-on experience in technical support, networking and security, database administration, disaster recovery, and project management, demonstrated through leading a parking management system capstone.

I implemented documentation best practices to improve efficiency, accessibility, and security of project information, collaborated with cross-functional teams for system integration, and partnered with teammates to identify and resolve issues quickly. I am committed to delivering reliable IT solutions and continuous improvement in operational processes.
