What I'm looking for
I am a Head of Social Media and Project Manager with broad experience delivering end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for global and local brands. I have led teams of designers and executives to manage multiple social accounts and drive measurable performance improvements.
Throughout my career I won and managed accounts for brands including Benzac (Galderma), Toshiba Lifestyle Malaysia, Kawasaki, Modenas and Nixoderm, and launched a local pet care brand with original mascot design and roadshows. I create, budget and execute tailored campaigns, IOs, quotations and monthly reports while maintaining close client relationships.
I've managed Meta Ads, EDMs, community management, e-commerce and analytics to increase ROAS and average cart value, and I coordinated partnerships and events with luxury brands. I also have hands-on experience in creative ideation, copywriting, performance media and project management.
