Designs, builds, troubleshoots, and supports production n8n workflows for CRM, analytics, recruitment, content monitoring, Telegram, and internal operations. Integrates REST APIs, webhooks, PostgreSQL, Notion, Google Sheets, Telegram, AI services, and self-hosted infrastructure with validation, retries, queues, logging, deduplication, backups, and error notifications.

Designed and launched an automated lead-processing system using n8n, Bitrix24, AI, and six communication channels. Built an AI sales manager for lead qualification, offers, and appointment scheduling, deploying multiple end-to-end automations and training users to reduce onboarding time.

Built a development roadmap, identified operational bottlenecks, and implemented a Bitrix24 sales pipeline. Improved sales visibility, reduced production costs, recruited a sales team, and created B2B sales materials to increase call-to-meeting conversion.

Improved revenue and sales-funnel conversion while reducing employee turnover by implementing Bitrix24, sales scripts, KPI-based motivation, reporting, and staff training. Opened two new VR locations from concept to launch while managing a project budget and driving profitability within months.

Scaled the school from 50 to 300+ students and grew the team from 8 to 40+ over two years. Improved profitability and customer lifetime value, maintained high student retention, and managed investment, premises, equipment procurement, marketing, sales, and hiring.

Managed launch projects for NAMES Property Management across 2021–2022.

Led a 40–50 person restaurant operation, driving annual revenue growth and top regional KPI performance. Reduced employee turnover, improved kitchen throughput, developed managers for promotion, and managed quality, inventory, cost control, local marketing, customer experience, and daily operations.

Headed the sales department at MOHITO Franchise in 2022.
