I’m an automation engineer who turns manual, multi-system operations into reliable software. Across legal publishing and hospitality, I’ve shipped RPA, data-pipeline, integration, and LLM-driven workflows with measured results—end to end.

I designed a 25-page contract-lifecycle automation spanning 9 enterprise systems, moving the process to near-zero touch (~30% of the team’s daily workload). I also built an annual-report generation pipeline that cut a ~20-hour cycle to ~20 minutes (and later rebuilt it as a multi-journal web application with automated tests and per-report failure handling).

In hospitality, I created an ERP→CRM matching system that deterministically matched 856 ERP customers to a ~500-client CRM, wrote 485 verified records back, and added scoring plus regression guards. I’ve also automated order-form generation (116 hotels from 30+ hours to under 5 minutes) and am currently building a Copilot Studio briefing agent and Power Query verification layer.

My approach is practical and delivery-focused: discovery, build, test, deploy. I coordinate and own production automations as a specialist for Wolters Kluwer (via Randstad), and through my own consultancy (SFS Solutions) I deliver automation, web, and marketing-ops work for hospitality and SME clients.
