I'm seeking challenging opportunities to deliver data-backed, process-optimized outcomes in dynamic environments, particularly across digital banking, regulatory change, system integrations, and scalable compliant customer journeys.

I'm building digital Current Account onboarding at Yes Bank, coordinating product, technology, compliance, and operations teams on regulatory updates, new features, and risk controls. I led corporate onboarding through the Account Aggregator ecosystem and designed a Money Mule Detection framework for high-risk applicant screening.

At Newgen Software, I led business analysis for Axis Bank's digital current account opening journeys, documenting RBI-compliant user flows and integrating more than 20 APIs. I also supported 44+ internal and third-party integration touchpoints, Razorpay payment gateway integration, KYC change requests, MCA Portal integration, and CKYC enhancements.

Previously at Cognizant, I supported Kotak Life Insurance's core policy servicing systems across the full requirements lifecycle. I use structured impact analysis, stakeholder communication, and Agile or Waterfall delivery to reduce backlog, improve turnaround time, and deliver compliant solutions.
