What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote and field opportunities where I can lead humanitarian M&E and data/evidence systems—strengthening programme accountability, data integrity, and decision-making through baselines, evaluations, training, and reliable field monitoring.

I’m a Senior M&E professional with 15+ years embedded in complex humanitarian operations, including Horn of Africa crisis response and one of Africa’s largest refugee settlements. I drove evidence-based programme quality for WFP Kenya across 8 field offices and 1,200+ project sites.

I’ve designed and implemented M&E systems that strengthen programme accountability and improved data integrity to 90%. At Dadaab, I championed WFP’s biometric verification and oversaw a live database of 1,200+ project sites, cutting food market surplus by 80% and securing assistance exclusively for registered asylum seekers.

I also lead monitoring activities that keep evidence flowing for decisions in real time, from baselines and evaluations to feedback and escalation tracking across field operations. I’ve trained 100+ WFP staff and partners and over 1,000 enumerators, using mixed-method approaches and tools like ODK/Kobo to ensure findings are clean, credible, and actionable.
